Web 2.0 has been great

I have learned so much that my head is spinning...I believe of everything that I have learned I will be using this blog site, podcasts, and flickr the most of anything.

The podcasts will be great for me to use when I have to teach our 1 day of Health each week. This also could let the kids know that podcasts are good research sites for them.

Thank you Annet for such a great class...I feel so empowered with just the touch of a button...

i just found a link to the CDC, Center for Disease Control, which answers a lot of questions you may have in reagard to specific health related issues

Podcast scuba videos

As I have been browsing for podcasts in regards to physical education, I ran into a suba diving site that is absolutely wonderful. For all you undersea lovers, this is great! Also, check out the suba videos from around the world. Wow, I wish I could have taken this PE course in high school and college...enjoy!

Useful Wikis

I have been looking for some sights for Wikis in Education which may help in the classroom...I have also been reading some Wikis in Physical Education which can help our kids increase their fitness levels. It is interesting in the insights of Physical Education teachers across the country and the ability to communicate with them and collaborate of their success they see in their kids...

Fun with Pictures

I have had so much fun with the pictures today as you may be well aware from all of them on this blog...Flickr is a great place to find such wonderful pictures that I can use for my screensaver or wallpaper on my computer. I have found many that I can also use as a wallpaper for my cell phone...just snap a picture of the picture and there you have it...I do that a lot for the Holidays and special occassions...it makes my cell phone a lot more fun to look at...

I never new how easy it would be to use the computer for retrieving information that I didn't have to go looking for. At the touch of a button it is so nice to have the information come to me without having to actually remember log in site addresses or constantly use my favorites buttons.

This has been a truly great tool and time saver for me to use.

The incredible Web 2.0

Wow...incredible what 2.0 can now do for the information highway...literally, everything is at your fingertips at a moments notice.

Being able to gather information through tagging and delicious has cut my search down to a fraction of the normal time before by helping me to avoid looking for sites on my own.

The link to the introduction to tagging should be an incredible help for any beginner...
